Harmozo

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

At Harmozo, we take the protection of your data seriously. This privacy policy clearly explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website, submit a request, or collaborate with us. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

01

Who are we?

Harmozo is the party responsible for processing your data.

Company: Harmozo

Location: Purmerend, The Netherlands

Contact: info@harmozo.nl

02

What data do we process and why?

A. Contact Requests & Consultations

When you contact us via the website or schedule a strategy session, we ask for some basic information (such as your name, company name, email address, and phone number).

Purpose: To properly assess your request, contact you, and discuss your technical challenges.

How we process this: Submitted forms are immediately transferred into a secure, internal working environment, allowing us to follow up on your request efficiently and personally.

Legal Basis: Performance of a contract or taking pre-contractual measures.

B. Website Analysis & Optimization

To keep our website fast, error-free, and relevant, we use Google Analytics.

Purpose: This helps us understand which service pages are popular and where visitors might encounter issues in navigation. We use these insights to optimize the user experience and our marketing.

What we measure: Data such as browser type, device category, general location (at region level, no exact addresses), and how you arrived at our site.

Legal Basis & Consent: We only load these analytics scripts after you have given your explicit consent via our cookie banner. You can always change your choice or clear your cookies.

03

How do we secure your (technical) data?

As a software and automation agency, we understand the value of secure data. If you become a client of ours, the following strict rules apply:

Sensitive Data & API Keys: Logins, tokens, and API keys are stored—encrypted where possible—within operational code environments or within secure environments of third parties.

Password Management: If long-term storage of login credentials is required for maintenance, this is done exclusively through a highly secure, end-to-end encrypted password manager.

Retention Period: We do not store data longer than is strictly necessary to perform our services or to comply with the legal (tax) retention obligations of the Dutch Tax Authority (Belastingdienst, usually 7 years).

04

Sharing with third parties

We never sell or lease your data. To deliver our services technically, we work with a number of reliable partners who also comply with the GDPR:

Google Workspace & Zoom: For our corporate communications, email infrastructure, and online strategy sessions.

WhatsApp Business: If you choose to quickly connect with us via WhatsApp.

Hosting Providers: Our website and systems run on secure European cloud infrastructure.

05

Your rights

You have the full right to access, correct, or delete your data (the right to be forgotten). Would you like to request your data or do you have a question about our privacy policy? Please send a short message to info@harmozo.nl and we will address it for you right away.

Should we unexpectedly not be able to resolve an issue together, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
